This Neutrogena Hand Cream is awesome! It's around $4.00 for this tiny bottle. I keep one in my glove box in my car, one in my purse, one by the bedside! I used to have terrible hands, but my dermatologist recommended this stuff and it's really great. It is a little greasy, so I only use a little and I wait until I'm done crocheting before I use it. I have extremely sensitive skin and this lotion doesn't burn when I put it on like so many other "pretty" lotions do. This says 'Cream' on the bottle, but it's really more of a cross between a 'cream' and an 'ointment'.

one of my favorite things right now is COFFEE!!! I don't know how I would've made it this far into December without it, LOL!!

Does the favorite thing have to be crochet-related? Coffee is, in a way, because it helps you stay awake to crochet longer. :)
Assuming not, one of my favorite things right now is Cheez It's. It's become my comfort food, and it's good for all meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner! One time at the grocery I had so many boxes that the cashier said, "Did you leave any for the other shoppers?" And..... you can eat them while you crochet!
I narrowed it down to 3 (in no particular order): snuggly bedtime stories with my kids (I love children's books!), homemade chocolate chip cookies, and a good massage from my hubby! All keep me relaxed and focused on my crochet goals. Now I'm off to refine my New Year's resolutions.........
One of my favorite things is an electric tea kettle!!! I got one as a gift from my job and it has been one of the most used and best things I've ever had!
I missed the deadline but still wanted to share one of my favorite things. For me it it Burts Bee Balm for the lips. It is so much better than chap-stick. It heals and protects. I love the stuff and like you Ellen I keep one tucked everywhere so I am sure to have it at a moments notice.
