Wednesday Giveaway!

Today, I'm giving away 3 balls of Moda Dea Baby Talk yarn in this lime green color! To win, you need to leave a comment on THIS post by midnight tonight (Wednesday) Eastern time. Has there ever been a pattern that you have made over and over again? What was it?

On Friday, I'm going to pull all the winners and post them. The winners will need to email me back with their mailing address. I'll ship the yarns out next week!

But... I'm too impatient to wait until Friday to do Monday's winners.
The Winner of Monday's Ecru Lion Brand Suede is: KBCROCHET!

I'll announce them again on Friday, but if you want to send me your mailing address at Ellen AT sign, GoCrochet dot com, I'll pack it up to ship next week with the other winners!

I have always made granny square blankets. Until recently I started branching out and making scarves, hats and even a sweater. I still may make more granny square blankets because everyone loves them, but for now, I have to broaden my horizons. Thanks for posting this contest:)

Pretty Yarn!!!

The one pattern I have made over and over again are a pair of fingerless gloves I designed. They're quick, really cute, and really easy (to me anyway!). And they have cables!!!

Love the color!

I have not used the exact same pattern but the same stitch, the afghan stitch, for the majority of the afghans I have made. I started with squares then strips and the last few have been all in one piece with some cross stitch designs on them.

This is a really pretty color. You must have a room-sized stash. The one patten that I have made over and over (at least 5 times for other people and now the second time for me) is the Coming Home Poncho from Lion Brand with Homespun. And every time I have made it in a different color and it's come out gorgeous every single time.

I have a shell stitch baby sweater, booties and bonnet pattern that I must have made 30 times over the years, between my kids, grandkids, friends and relatives babies. By the time my great grands (I now have 13) started coming, I couldn't bear to look at the pattern, so made a different pattern for each baby. Now I'm ready to make that pattern again, but I have to find it first.

Oh I'd love to win this one!
I make Fat Bottom Bags...over and over and over! But they really work up fast.

Ohhh sooo pretty!!!
I have to say the pattern I want to make over and over is the Sunny Spread by you! It's my favorite pattern but I rarely have enough yarn to make it...but the motif is my favorite one!
Otherwise I guess I really enjoy making wrist warmers or fingerless gloves they are fun to make and they are quick.

I haven't really gotten much done in the area of crochet, but I imagine I'd make a lot of socks.

Hi All! Nova0437 also left a comment, but I didn't want to publish it because it had her email address in it, but she's still in the Wednesday drawing! Thanks Nova!

Skaters caps for all the boys in my family, is what I have made numerous times.

I make socks, the same socks, over and over and over. And they're plain socks, nothing fancy or special. They always look different though because I use different color yarn, different size hooks and different weight yarns.
And I think that lime green yarn would make some great socks!

Well, I haven't technically made this pattern ( http://subliminalrabbit.blogspot.com/2008/12/bellas-mittens-updated-pattern.html ) more than once yet, but I plan to because I love mine and they were fun, quick, and easy to make. They're a joy to make and would make a lovely gift for some special, appreciative person.

Since Im relatively new, I find myself doing alot of granny squares.. my first afghan was a giant granny square... my second afghan is a collection of tiny granny squares.... BUT!!! I have found this great pattern for baby booties that look like little high top tennis shoes... Im thinking that one will be used hundreds of times! I love it!

Hope youre enjoying your week!!! Be well!

I've made the Ultimate Toe-Up Crocheted socks at least 9 times as Christmas gifts. It's a pattern that's really easy to adjust for various yarn thicknesses and foot sizes.

I don't really make things over and over. I did make a bunch of hearts for valentine's day, though and could see making them again next year. That pattern is: http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/heart-motif-2

it would be baby cardigans for every new baby that passes by me! In crochet, I think that a scarf I discovered made up of shell motifs will become something that I make very often. I've already made two and I've only had the pattern a couple of months!

I've made a small wrist purse many times that is used for walking and other activities where a person doesn't want a large bag with them.

Me again Ellen. I have made Kelly's Sweater pattern over and over. I forget how many but I am sure that I have made over 100 for charity over the past 2 years. It is simple and fast and you can change it up to have a button down front or, ties or even just a two button flap. I have it memorized. :)

*hugs*

Hello Ellen, I recently began to crochet again so, no, have not used same pattern even twice. Have found so much inspiration on your blog. Would love to win the lime green yarn. Thanks! Gayle a/k/a tennquiltcat.
