The photo with the purple cowl is in Manos del Uruguay yarn. (Yum).
This pinky/coral one is made of Plymouth yarn, Baby Alpaca paint. I believe this yarn has been discontinued (what a shame!) but some colors of it are still available at Webs at yarn.com.
