That is really cute! The no button aspect is cute, but if I wanted to add some, would it mess with the X design on the edge?

Sara, I think buttons could be worked out, but the sizing would have to be managed. You might have to go to a bigger size to give enough width for the fronts to overlap each other. Since it's designed to be open, it's not designed to overlap enough to close comfortably in front.
