GIVEAWAY! Crocheting Clothes Kids Love pattern book!

Here are just a few of my patterns in Crocheting Clothes Kids Love. There are clothes and accessories for boys and girls, little kids and big kids.  Hats and scarves, and tops and skirts and belts and bags and all with love and care and color we knew kids would love. There will be some bloggers reviewing the book for us, but here at GoCrochet and Shelby's blog Stitch-story@blogspot.com are the "hubs" of activity.

Above is the "Hip to be Me Vest".  I must have sketched at least 5 ways to construct the vest before I decided to do a foundation row at the shoulder and work down the front, then work down the back from the shoulder as well.  So the only sewing is at the side seams. In sizes 4 (6, 8, 10, 12).

Below, you'll find the "Mohawk Earflap Hat"  It was so much fun to find a solution to the mohawk.  How to make it "stand up" without being just boring cut yarn.  I'm sure Chief will be wearing this at the next Michigan football game. (Go Blue!)  (Yes, I know, we live in Ohio, but Tom went to Michigan for grad school, so since they got our money, they also get our loyalty.)

I have a signed (by just me) copy of Crocheting Clothes Kids Love, for one random winner.

The mittens, I'm so proud to say are worked two different ways.  Either set, with a change of color, could be made for girls or boys. The blue mittens are worked from the cuff/wrist up to the fingertips. The pink textured mittens are worked from the fingertips down to the wrist.  a Rafflecopter giveaway
