GIVEAWAY Today

It's so funny.  When I packed my bags for Chain Link in Minneapolis, I decided to only bring ONE stitch dictionary.  I grabbed the 365 Crochet Stitches A Year Perpetual Calendar by the Creative Partners Jean Leinhauser and Rita Weiss because it had the MOST stitches in the SMALLEST package.  I tossed it in my carry-on and used it on the plane.

THEN, Creative Partners was a supporter of Professional Development Day.  And I won, not just one, but TWO more perpetual calendars!  So, instead of trading them for other prizes, I decided to share the wealth with YOU!

Happy Dance!  If you would like one of these 2 calendars, please leave a comment on this post between now and Monday morning at 6am EDT. Two winners will be randomly selected from all the comments. It would be helpful if you leave your first name and city.

Check back tomorrow for a post on Brett Bara's new book, Sewing in a Straight Line, then back to more Chain Link posts including the Fashion Show.

  1. Oh Wow! Of course I'd like one of them! How could any crocheter not?

I'm always looking on-line for stitch patterns and it would be great to be able to grab a book instead!

Waiting with fingers crossed to hear who wins!

  2. How sweet it is!
Congratulations on having won, and thank you for sharing your prizes.

365 Crochet Stitches A Year Perpetual Calendar---times three. That's over one thousand stitches a year.

This sounds like a great book, and my daughter -age 11-would welcome it as the second book to her crochet library. So, if you are inclined to randomly pick her through me, know the book will go to someone who designed her first project at age ten when she created a scarf for her best friend's birthday last fall.

Thank you for the gifts of motivation blog after blog.
    Denise
