Team RWB

A few months ago, recruited by my friend Lisa, I started running with Team RWB. RWB stands for Red, White, and Blue. It's a group of veterans, spouses  and friends of veterans who wish to enrich the lives of veterans. While there is a book club, game night, cross-fit, ruck back-packing, and volunteering, I have mostly just met up with these fine folks for training runs and races. They have a great attitude of cheering and supporting one another regardless of skill.  I love being a part of team that includes such fine people.

Introducing Theo

Theo is so sweet. He loves people and purrs constantly. Minnie is scared witless and hisses and runs when she sees him. He's such a sweet little guy that he doesn't seem to notice that Minnie doesn't like him.
